Ogden Restaurants: Two Dinner Plans on Historic 25th Street

by Alex Urban on Oct 07 2026

Salt & Seek / Ogden

Historic 25th Street gives you two useful dinner directions: seasonal plates and house pasta at Table Twenty Five, or a burger, enchiladas and shared fries at Roosters.

Keep the comparison on the same street. Table Twenty Five is at 195 25th Street, Suite 4; the Roosters restaurant here is at 253 Historic 25th Street. They are distinct from Roosters’ B Street venue and Layton location. The most useful choice is the kind of order you want, followed by whether you need a reservation and how much you want to spend on the main dish.

Table Twenty Five

Table Twenty Five describes itself as a family-owned restaurant. Its linked Fall 2026 menu is specific enough to plan around ingredients rather than a generic promise of seasonal cooking: elk and guanciale appear in the pasta, while squash and figs accompany the pork chop.

What to order

  • Gnocchetti, $26. House pasta with local elk bolognese, Niman Ranch guanciale, aged parmesan and parsley. The sauce includes both elk and pork, which is worth noticing before ordering.
  • Bone In Pork Chop, $28. Roasted butternut squash and figs, local honey gastrique, sweet-potato mash and walnuts accompany the chop. This is the composed main-course route among these examples.
  • Fall Market Salad, $16. Arugula, fried goat cheese, butternut squash, dried cranberries and pistachio vinaigrette. The menu lists chicken, steak and salmon additions separately; the base price does not include one of those additions.

The pasta and pork chop are $2 apart at the listed prices. The salad starts lower, but an added protein changes that comparison. Another current small plate, Brulee’d Cornbread, is listed at $12 with pickled jalapeno, Maldon salt and whipped butter; the photo shows cornbread with butter and jalapenos.

Plan the visitThe official site links reservations through Tock and also welcomes walk-ins. Book when a fixed dinner time matters, and recheck the menu as the season changes. The second supplied photograph is described by what it shows rather than assigned an unverified current entree name.

Roosters, Historic 25th Street

Roosters’ official brand account dates its Ogden beginnings to 1995 and distinguishes its brewpubs from the B Street tap house. For this meal, use the 25th Street restaurant address and its linked menu. The menu source serves 25th Street and Layton, so confirm any item-specific availability with the Ogden restaurant.

What to order

  • Naughty Fries, $9.50. Fries with Pepper Jack, Gorgonzola and Louisiana hot sauces. This is the shared-starter option in the comparison, not the nachos shown in the photograph.
  • Brewhouse Burger, $14.50. A six-ounce burger with Beehive Cheese, mayonnaise, tomato and onion. The menu includes fries with this order, making the included side part of the price comparison.
  • Pepper Jack Enchiladas, $18. Roasted turkey and green chilies with Pepper Jack sauce, rice, black beans and salsa. This offers a different main-dish format from the burger rather than simply another sandwich choice.

Two listed Brewhouse Burgers total $29 before drinks, tax and tip; adding one Naughty Fries order brings the food subtotal to $38.50. Those are menu calculations only. The burgers already include fries, so a separate fries starter is optional rather than a required part of the order.

Plan the visitThe Roosters images come from the brand account, including a breakfast spread. They are not independently verified as 25th Street photographs or as dishes available during dinner. Use the dinner menu for the orders above, and check the relevant service before planning around a photo.

Two dinner plans on one street

For a planned seasonal dinner, check Table Twenty Five’s reservation availability and decide between a pasta, a composed entree or the salad with any separately priced addition. For a brewpub order, start with Roosters’ burger and included fries or the turkey enchiladas, then decide whether the table needs a starter. Check the Ogden event calendar if dinner is part of a larger outing; event timing and restaurant service still need separate confirmation.
