Three sports on the ice in one day

Bobsled, luge and skeleton athletes all took runs at Utah Olympic Park when the sliding track opened for the season on November 3. TownLift reported that all three sports shared opening day, a rare sight even at the Park City venue.

The next chance to build an outing around the track is the North American Cup. The Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation lists free spectator admission for its bobsled and skeleton races. If you want to catch two disciplines in one trip, circle Saturday, November 21.
